This is Keith's UFC journey " I've trained a little for different periods over the last ten years, I've made poor eating choices and drank like the stereotypical Scotsman.

Since I first started UFC I've paid lip service to the SBF nutrition, maybe 5/7 day ratio and still drank alcohol at weekends, I've seen marginal increases - while the training has been fantastic, because I've not put in the eating as I should, Ive not seen the best RESULTS. My own fault.
This month I've been ON it. NO alcohol, 90% clean with 10% food splurges, my bleep test (CV fitness) needs some work, but I've always had those issues, it's getting better, however my press ups have improved from around 30 to 40+, my leg matrix (strength) is faster and close to 2 mins in the advanced option and today I took 3mins 39 secs of my 10k from 2 weeks ago!!!! So to round up war and peace thanks Stella from the bottom of my heart, this train journey has been amazing and it's def not ready to stop. Bring ON July Turbo UFC"

As I near the end of my first 4 week UFC program, I have to admit I have become an Stella Bartram Fitness UFC addict... the workouts are tough and there are moments during them where I actually think I might die (lol) but it is so amazing how great I always feel straight after them and even the next day!  I can see the changes in my body starting to take shape, loving what I am seeing but there is still plenty of room for improvement, so COUNT ME IN for the 7:15pm crew for UFC5!"Currently in total agony from the last 3 mornings and really missing diet coke but absolutely loving it!"

"Just wanted to drop you an email to say thanks for UFC 2 and share my success story with you. First of all I can't believe how much I am eating now compared to before, I had previously been eating far too little! For a while I had not been fuelling my body enough and doing loads of cardio at the gym. This resulted in embarrassing fainting episodes and looking & feeling crap all the time! Now I can eat loads of good food, train only 3 times a week, feel great and have lots of energy!! "I began training with Stella after dieting incessantly for nearly 2 years and 8 months of running, fitness classes and workout DVD's hadn't gotten me where I imagined I'd be after all the starvation and effort.I felt cheated that I'd put so much in and got so little out. I'd lost loads of weight but found that didn't mean I looked any good. The pot belly refused to shift no matter what I did..even 20 mins of ab work a day made no difference.
I joined the 4 week UFC thinking I was quite fit and wouldn't have to put much effort in...wrong! I won't lie the sessions are NOT
easy but you quickly learn to complete them well rather than fast and just focus on improving yourself rather than what everyone else is doing. Anyone can do these, you just need to find your level.

By far the two best things that have come from the past three weeks are leaving the diet behind forever and really enjoying food again without counting every calorie and worrying about what I can't have, food doesn't rule my life anymore!  The second is trying on a very tight fitting dress ' just to see' and seeing real, obvious change. My bhudda belly has more or less gone and I look way more toned and athletic and I haven't even hit my final week yet!
